Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for other services or transferred to another person.
They are currently valid for around 3 months (the date will appear on the voucher) due to Miranda's pregnancy, but can be extended if required. However gift vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void.

Cancellation policy
24 hours notice is normally required for cancellation, otherwise all or part of the session fee may still be payable.
