Maybe you want a look that's more up to date, individual or professional, or just know that what you're wearing isn't reflecting the real 'you'. Perhaps you've lost or gained weight and need advice on flattering shapes?

The consultation starts by looking at your lifestyle and personality to determine the right 'look' for you. Then your body proportions will be calculated (without taking your clothes off!) and styles identified to best flatter your shape. By bringing in a couple of pieces of clothing that you're not sure about we look at whether they work or not and the reason for this. We also discuss your face shape and the best hairstyles for you.

Finally, we talk through wardrobe planning and management and the capsule wardrobe. Advice is given on shopping - recognising when clothes are a good fit, which shops are good for your body shape.

The style notes you receive include your proportions and face shape plus recommendations for best clothing styles, hairstyles and accessories to suit you.
